Goodway Group implemented a solution using Meta’s Advanced Analytics tool. By matching the fitness center’s CRM data with Meta’s people IDs, Goodway’s analysts provided unprecedented insight. The results showed that 89% of new members were matched to a digital campaign, and users exposed to both prospecting and retargeting ads signed up at a rate 10 times higher than those who saw prospecting ads alone.
