The challenge was to build brand awareness and establish an emotional connection with potential first-time residential equipment buyers who were searching for rural property and needed equipment to manage their new land.

Goodway Group implemented a custom native advertising tool on the Realtor.com platform. This interactive tool collected user data to provide personalized equipment recommendations, successfully introducing the Kubota brand to new customers. The results surpassed all benchmarks, achieving 208% over goal on tool opens, 107% over goal on interactions, and driving a 165% increase in visits to local Kubota dealer websites.
