Gong automatically records, transcribes, and analyzes calls, lets managers set alerts for problematic language, and enables scalable, targeted coaching so winning behaviors can be replicated and bad habits corrected. Using Gong, the team identified and corrected deal-threatening issues (saving three large deals in one quarter) and improved messaging consistency, driving a 5% increase in close rates.
