Gong’s conversation intelligence enabled TaxJar to optimize its sales process and methodology, correct rep mistakes, and effectively manage and grow a fully remote sales team. Using Gong, TaxJar ensured reps made the most of limited “at bats,” supervised teams of roughly 10–14 sellers more effectively, and sustained sales performance despite shifting market conditions.
