Mimecast, a global enterprise cybersecurity company, needed to roll out new branding and messaging consistently across regions while improving sales enablement and understanding what “good” customer conversations looked like. To support that effort, Mimecast used the Gong Revenue Intelligence Platform to analyze rep and customer interactions across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
With Gong, Mimecast used trackers, filters, AI insights, deal boards, and call alerts to identify when new messaging was used effectively, spot outdated messaging, coach reps, and surface successful behaviors such as better questioning and listening. The rollout across nine countries was successful and earned a Golden Gong award, while Gong also helped Mimecast improve global alignment, strengthen collaboration, and respond faster to pipeline risks and market shifts.
