With Gong, Mintel created a coaching culture, used Deal Boards and shareable call snippets to prioritize and accelerate deals, and uncovered that multi-threading to four contacts materially improves outcomes. Those changes — plus Gong’s automated alerts for lagging deals and weak multi-threading — produced measurable results: a 34% increase in win rates, faster pipeline velocity, and more consistent, efficient customer care.
