Gong provided recorded and transcribed calls, keyword search, trackers and call categorization to enable smoother handovers, peer-to-peer learning, and a true voice-of-the-customer. As a result, 100% of Corporate Traveler’s CSMs now use Gong, the average number of calls reviewed per CSM more than doubled, and alignment driven by Gong helped increase sales efficiency by 20%, while reducing repeat storytelling and improving customer experience.
