Using Gong, the team wanted a standardized, scalable view of calls, coaching, and outcomes so managers and reps could make better decisions and reduce time spent on manual data collection.
Google implemented Gong’s platform, including Scorecards, Smart Trackers, and a Call Library, to identify best-practice calls, train new hires, and improve onboarding. With Gong, Google reported a weekly revenue increase in one segment, faster new-hire ramp-up, and about 12% of sellers’ time given back each year through automation.
