Fitness Space, a fast-growing UK gym franchise focused on personalised member service, needed a more flexible and transparent Direct Debit solution when it moved its CRM to ClubRight. GoCardless integrated with ClubRight to give Fitness Space instant visibility into mandates and payments, faster receipt of funds, and the flexibility to collect membership fees remotely or in person whenever a sale occurs. That capability removed a barrier to joining (helping sign up more members), enabled pro rata and split payments to suit members, increased the share of payments taken by Direct Debit (saving on card transaction fees), and improved overall member payment communications and conversion — delivering faster payouts and a better payment experience thanks to GoCardless.
