Easy implementation through Junifer, with simple ongoing payments management

TOTO Energy, a UK consumer energy supplier founded in 2016, wanted to simplify and broaden payment options—particularly for prepayment customers—so they could offer automatic Direct Debit top-ups alongside cards and PayPoint/Post Office payments. To achieve fast time-to-market and a seamless customer experience, TOTO Energy implemented GoCardless via the Junifer integration.

Using GoCardless’s pre-built Junifer integration, TOTO enabled automatic, “set-and-forget” Direct Debit top-ups for prepayment customers, simplifying sign-up and payments. The GoCardless solution rolled out easily, reduced manual processes, freed up staff time and removed the need to hire a dedicated payments resource, while delivering a more convenient, digital experience for customers.
