GoCardless helped automate and secure the Direct Debit process, cutting payment-related admin from four people spending over 25 hours a week to two people spending just five hours in total, while reducing errors and improving the member payment experience. The transition was completed in just 20 days, and GoCardless also enabled the customer to make Direct Debit the default payment method for new members, creating long-term savings and supporting better renewals.
