The customer was losing substantial revenue and sought to gain a complete picture of their network to achieve full monetization while also aiming to protect their subscribers from spam.

GMS deployed its SMS firewall technology and conducted a deep analysis of the network. The solution involved migrating traffic, deploying the firewall, and optimizing a bespoke set of rules. This resulted in Telecom Armenia's SMS revenue multiplying by 20 times. The GMS solution also successfully protected the network from massive spam and smishing attacks, including those during a national conflict, greatly improving the customer experience.
