Orion, which supports 1,500+ advisory firm clients, wanted to differentiate its advisor support experience within Orion Connect and improve client interactions. In January 2018 Orion partnered with Glia, initially adopting Glia’s CoBrowsing tool to collaborate in real time by sharing screens, following customer actions, and enhancing advisor-client closeness.

Glia deployed CoBrowse, screen share, video chat and—optionally—the full Glia suite (Chat, Digital Phone, AI built on AWS) for Orion and its advisors, enabling seamless digital collaboration and client communication. The Glia-powered solution lowered total contacts per claim by 18%, reduced average resolution time by 4 minutes, and increased customer satisfaction by 15%, while giving advisors access to the same tools to boost client engagement.
