Intuit, the maker of QuickBooks, TurboTax and other financial-management products, partnered with Glassdoor to tackle talent challenges: reaching and attracting the right candidates, raising awareness of Intuit’s jobs and culture, and scaling high-volume hiring for its work‑from‑home tax advisor program. The company—consistently recognized on Fortune’s best‑workplace lists—needed a way to surface its employer brand where candidates research employers.

Beginning in 2011 Intuit used Glassdoor’s enhanced employer profile, reviews, Featured JobAds and targeted display placements to be visible in candidate research and search results. The campaign drove a 78% improvement in application‑to‑hire efficiency, significantly lower cost per application and hire, and produced substantial hires across Software Engineering, Project and Program Management, Customer Service & Support and Tax Advice, delivering a sizable increase in hiring from Glassdoor.
