Box, founded in 2005, is a secure, scalable content-sharing platform used by more than 20 million users and 180,000 businesses, including 92% of the Fortune 500, with around 1,000 employees. In the competitive Bay Area talent market, Box needed to raise employer brand awareness, reduce recruiting spend, and attract millennial candidates.

Using Glassdoor job ads targeted by location and job title plus an Enhanced Profile with insights reports, Box drove millennial engagement and awareness — traffic rose from 30,000 to 81,000 in 30 days, 84% of profile visitors were ages 18–34, 60% of interviewed candidates had viewed Glassdoor reviews, and Glassdoor showed 2X greater influence over millennial candidates.
