The company’s goals were to promote culture, counterbalance negative feedback, and find a low‑cost way to reach and attract qualified job seekers.
Partnering with Glassdoor, 1-800 CONTACTS ran targeted Job Ads and built an Enhanced Profile with videos, news, social content and culture information. The effort boosted visibility and hiring efficiency: awareness increased 10x, monthly page views rose from 2,861 to 32,171, applicant quality improved 3x, 88% would recommend working there, and qualified glass technician candidates per hire dropped from 30 to 6.
