UNITEC, Universidad Tecnológica de México, needed a scalable community platform to support rapid growth, improve knowledge management, and integrate with Facebook so prospective students could quickly find answers during the enrollment process. Before Get Satisfaction, its Facebook-based support was hard to manage during peak enrollment periods, with repeated questions and missed responses.
Get Satisfaction implemented an embedded community platform across UNITEC’s website and Facebook page, with search, analytics, Desk.com ticketing integration, and plans for HubSpot automation. The results were strong: community satisfaction reached 86%, the knowledge base quality rose to 70%, more than 9,200 cases were resolved, and 99.6% of community cases were closed, helping UNITEC support a goal of 20% enrollment growth.
