To qualify leads, measure sentiment and improve onboarding, the team needed customer-friendly, brand-consistent surveys that tied directly to customer records and usage data—something their previous NPS solution couldn’t do.
Eargo implemented GetFeedback to run a branded NPS survey and a Personal Hearing Profile, integrated with Salesforce and enhanced with real-time dashboards, text analytics and a website widget. The new setup saved hours of reporting, generated about seven new publishable reviews per week, and drove measurable impact: a 20% increase in survey response rate, a 25% lift in NPS and a 230% increase in 5‑star reviews.
