Aerospace Firm, one of the world’s largest aerospace manufacturers and service providers, wanted to use robotic process automation (RPA) to reduce costs, improve quality, increase productivity, and lower risk in its shared services center. With limited RPA experience, it turned to Genpact for help in building an intelligent automation strategy.

Genpact assessed the firm’s process and IT readiness, designed and launched a Digital Labor Center of Excellence, and piloted RPA using the Genpact Cora platform to automate low-risk processes across finance, accounting, and logistics. The initiative scaled from three automated processes to more than 100 processes and 100 bots, delivering 30%–50% productivity savings, $3 million in pilot savings, an expected 8x ROI over three years, and a projected $200 million in savings over five years.
