Genpact designed and implemented a global, cloud-based planning and collaboration solution, linking more than 1,100 dealers across six continents with real-time data integration, forecasting, inventory optimization, and automated workflows. The results included a drop in the customer-facing fill-rate gap to under 10%, an increase in customer-facing fill rate from 60–70% to over 85%, a 15% parts sales increase worth about $50 million, a 9% reduction in non-moving inventory, and faster repairs and warranty processing.
