Working with Genesys and KPN, Stater used Genesys Cloud Web Messaging and a voicebot initiative to improve digital service, reduce employee effort, and support cost-effective innovation.

Genesys Professional Services led the development and guided Stater through deployment, helping the team build and manage its own bots and extend them to additional sub-brands. The results included six live bots handling about 60% of customer requests without a human agent, a much faster time to innovation, and a major reduction in IT effort, including an 80% cut in IT tickets and a Germany rollout completed in just four weeks instead of six months.
