Robinhood, the fintech brokerage known for democratizing trading, faced a fragmented, manual sourcing workflow built from disparate Chrome extensions, Gmail add-ons and spreadsheets that offered limited visibility into recruiter activity and no measurement of what outreach drove engagement. To scale hiring (including ~800 hires for a new Denver office) and replace the "scrappy" toolchain, Robinhood adopted Gem’s recruiting platform.

Gem integrated with Greenhouse and delivered one-click prospect downloads, automated activity logging, sequencing, analytics, reminders and SOBO (send-on-behalf-of) capabilities. The result: Gem saved sourcers an estimated 8–10 hours per week (about 2–3 minutes per prospect), centralized outreach data for visibility and learning, improved timing and strategic outreach, and enabled measurable increases in open/reply rates.
