Unity, the global leader in real-time 3D development with a 100+ person recruiting organization, faced fragmented sourcing and no email automation, limited visibility into messaging effectiveness, and an inability to forecast time-to-hire. To address these gaps they partnered with Gem, using Gem’s recruiting platform—including automated outreach/follow-ups, Outreach Stats, and Pipeline Analytics—that integrates with their ATS (Greenhouse) and everyday tools.
Gem’s solution centralized outreach, added set-and-forget follow-ups, tracked open/click/response rates, and provided pipeline and forecasting analytics. As a result Unity saw higher engagement and recruiters meeting SLAs, improved collaboration and diversity in pipelines, and a measurable 10-day reduction in time-to-fill (from ~75 to 65 days or lower), plus clearer forecasting and executive-level insights driven by Gem’s data.
