Envoy Uses Gem’s Talent Compass to Look Ahead as it Scales

Envoy, a workplace platform that helps companies manage visitors, safety, desks and deliveries, needed to scale hiring rapidly as teams rebuilt post‑pandemic. The recruiting team lacked visibility into top‑of‑funnel activity, relied on manual ATS uploads and calendar reminders, and needed an automated but personalized outreach process. To solve that, Envoy adopted Gem’s data and analytics recruiting platform.

Using Gem’s platform (auto‑logging of email and InMail, LinkedIn one‑click uploads, send‑on‑behalf‑of, automated sequences, Pipeline Analytics and the Forecasting Calculator with passthrough rates), Envoy automated outreach, tracked full candidate funnels, and optimized stages. The impact was measurable: Carmen Coleman hired 25 people in her first four months with Gem and Envoy hired 44 people in the first half of 2021; Gem’s data also showed 2,200 created applications, 397 phone screens and 43 offers for a quarter, enabling better forecasting, resource requests, comp discussions, and clear funnel optimization.
