Dropbox Uses Gem Data to Manage Recruiter Performance

Dropbox, the smart-workspace company, needed automated data collection and reporting to unlock time and insights into their hiring funnel. They partnered with Gem, using Gem’s recruiting platform (including Pipeline Analytics) to capture top-of-funnel data and replace manual tracking spreadsheets.

Gem automated top-of-funnel capture and reporting, enabling recruiters to self-manage performance, identify “pipeline leaders,” rebalance candidate loads, and form a high-impact full lifecycle (FLC) team. As a result, Gem saved Dropbox about 135 hours a week in repetitive processes (~3.5 FTEs a year), increased FLC productivity per resource by 3x at the same cost, and helped lower attrition while improving overall TA effectiveness.
