UBank, an Australian direct bank operating under National Australia Bank, needed a way to scale fully digital account onboarding without branches. GBG integrated greenID into UBank’s existing platform to deliver a seamless online ID verification and registration flow, enabling new customers to complete enrolment within two minutes. The solution supported over 300,000 successful verifications and account openings, boosted staff productivity and customer satisfaction, and was extended across savings accounts, term deposits, self‑managed super funds and home loans.
