Its original ID provider only returned pass/fail results with no audit trail or tuning options, so Racing Stars engaged GBG and adopted GBG ID3global alongside Loqate Address Capture to improve verification, reporting and responsible-gambling controls.
GBG implemented ID3global and Loqate, optimised matching rules (including fuzzy matching) and added GBG Multi Bureau to increase unique credit references, plus real-time dashboards for targeted follow-ups. The changes boosted match rates by 89%, allowing many more customers to proceed immediately and streamlining compliance workflows — GBG will continue rolling out ProID and IDscan as volumes grow.
