How a popular online brand increased customer engagement and gained a better understanding of their database through Gamification

RedBalloon, a leading online retailer of experience gifts in Australia and New Zealand, wanted to reach a new demographic and better understand its customer base while promoting a V8 supercar experience giveaway. They partnered with Gamify to address this challenge through a gamified solution.

Gamify created a custom "Race Battle Game" that built excitement for the promotion. The solution generated 2,656 total plays from 1,237 unique players and led to 320 sign-ups, providing valuable customer data. The campaign also successfully brought in new customers who redeemed promo codes. Gamify delivered an 82.5% engagement rate and achieved the client's goal of awarding the grand prize.
