Gainsight implemented Staircase AI with fast setup and automated insights, integrating with Salesforce and surfacing health scores and risk signals almost immediately. The impact was strong: Tackle found that 95% of renewed accounts had health scores above 30, while 81% of churned accounts were below 30; sentiment was similarly predictive, with 83% of renewals above 30 and 80% of churns below 30. Gainsight’s solution also improved risk discussions and increased confidence in renewal forecasting.
