Cin7 wanted to improve customer education and keep users engaged beyond a one-time training session. Using Gainsight CE, the company aimed to replace its old LMS with an everboarding model for customers, employees, and partners, while also integrating education more closely with Salesforce and other internal systems.
Gainsight implemented tailored learning paths, automated Academy invites from Salesforce, and streamlined access through SSO and connected workflows. The result was an 11x increase in usage and a 7% lift in retention, along with more than 430 employee activities logged during a Product Awareness Month and stronger, scalable partner education across time zones.
