Updater’s Crawl, Walk, Run, Fly Strategy Takes Flight to Create a Robust Digital Customer Education Program

Updater needed a scalable way to authorize and train traditional moving companies for highly regulated military relocations, since one-on-one training wasn’t sustainable and simple document compliance wasn’t enough. To solve this, Updater built the HomeSafe Connect Academy and partnered with Gainsight, using Gainsight CE to support a secure, digital customer education program.

Gainsight CE helped Updater launch a centralized knowledge center and LMS with modular, self-paced learning paths, automation, and strong security and integration capabilities. The result was a more efficient, accessible training experience that could scale across devices and user groups, helping Updater confidently onboard providers and meet the strict requirements of military contracts.
