Unqork wanted to give customers a more connected experience across its Academy, Q&A forum, documentation, events, and webinars, but the existing experience was fragmented. Using Gainsight CC, Unqork built a centralized customer hub to bring these resources together and better support community members.
Gainsight helped Unqork roll out new features, UX improvements, engagement programs, and a Featured Questions workflow for unanswered Q&A posts. The company also used gamification and a custom self-service app to grow SME participation, with Gainsight CC helping reduce moderation and administration so the team could focus more strategically on the community experience.
