Oleeo wanted to build a more engaged customer community while reducing repetitive support requests that were burdening its customer success team. The company had long envisioned a branded community site and, after seeing Gainsight’s community product, chose Gainsight to help create a centralized self-service hub using Gainsight Community Cloud (CC) and Gainsight PX.
Gainsight implemented a fully branded community integrated with Oleeo’s existing systems and personalized in-app resources to help customers find answers faster and connect with peers. The solution enabled self-service through knowledge articles, blogs, and community interactions, easing the load on CSMs and improving efficiency; Oleeo also added gamification and plans to use the PX knowledge bot to further streamline support and boost engagement.
