A Frontline Education Case Study
Judson Independent School District, a culturally diverse PreK–12 district serving 32,829 students in Live Oak, TX, needed better evidence to protect and justify school counseling positions amid tight budgets. District leaders, led by Monica Garcia, partnered with Frontline Education and deployed Frontline School Health Management (Mental and Behavioral Health Management) alongside Frontline SIS to capture and report counselors’ student interactions and outcomes.
With Frontline Education’s School Health Management, counselors began routinely documenting sessions and quickly produced actionable data — nearly 2,500 recorded visits annually and interactions per school jumping from roughly 150–200 to over 1,600 (an 800% increase). That clear evidence supported hiring additional counselors and district-based social workers for high‑risk students, improved tracking of recurring lessons and remote participation, and gave administrators measurable metrics to guide staffing and program decisions.
