A Frontline Education Case Study
Sayreville Public Schools, a PreK–12 district in Sayreville, NJ serving 6,805 students, faced inefficient, paper-driven special education and intervention workflows that required extensive manual data entry and made RTI/504/IEP tracking, compliance, and record transfers difficult. To address these challenges the district adopted Frontline Education products, including Frontline Special Education Management (IEP), 504 Program Management, RTI/MTSS Program Management, Frontline Absence & Absence Management and Frontline Central.
Frontline Education implemented an integrated system with dashboards, a document repository, progress-matrix reporting and bulk upload tools that streamlined IEP/504/RTI workflows, improved data accuracy and simplified compliance management. As a result, Sayreville staff produce cleaner reports, upload progress monitoring for 30 students in minutes, access multi-year student histories with one click, have seen significant decreases in referrals/classifications, and—according to district leaders—have had no due-process litigation since adopting Frontline.
