Renton School District faced a slow, paper-based recruiting and hiring process that cost time and caused them to lose candidates in a competitive teacher market. Frontline Education’s Applicant Tracking system was implemented in about six weeks with online training and client success support, automating job postings, interviews, hiring paperwork and onboarding.
