Puyallup School District, a large Washington district serving about 23,000 K–12 students, faced a growing teacher shortage and outdated recruitment software that risked leaving classrooms unfilled. To attract and retain quality teachers and specialists, the district selected Frontline Education’s recruiting solution, Frontline Recruiting & Hiring, to replace its failing applicant system.

As a result, Puyallup hired more than 150 teachers, filled all support staff positions at the start of the year, began the year with a teacher in every classroom, and reduced HR paperwork and time—outcomes the district attributes directly to Frontline Education.
