Frontline Education digitized the district’s onboarding by integrating Frontline Recruiting & Hiring with Frontline Central so new‑hire data transfers automatically, paperwork is stored centrally, and employees can e‑sign and manage records online. The result: onboarding time dropped from more than three hours to roughly 15–20 minutes, manual data entry and paper files were eliminated, and staff gained on‑demand access to submitted forms — delivering measurable time savings and improved operational efficiency.
