A Frontline Education Case Study
Greece Central School District, a public district north of Rochester serving over 11,000 students and 3,700 staff, faced an outdated, paper-heavy system for tracking professional learning that required manual data entry, produced inaccurate twice-yearly reports, delayed reimbursements, and made catalog updates costly and time-consuming. To address these challenges the district selected Frontline Education’s Frontline Professional Growth (formerly MyLearningPlan PDMS) to modernize and centralize its professional learning management.
Frontline Education implemented Frontline Professional Growth’s dynamic online catalog, automated proposal/approval workflows, and robust tracking and reporting, eliminating paper registration and reducing manual entry and errors. As a result, Greece Central now manages PL more efficiently and cost-effectively, keeps an up-to-date catalog, automates reimbursements, aligns offerings to district goals, and tracks teachers’ PL hours for evaluations and certification—improving accountability and educator buy-in.
