How Frontline Professional Growth provides real-world, actionable data to Lexington School District Two – resulting in better decisions and increased learning

Lexington School District 2 faced the challenge of becoming a more data-driven district that could connect professional learning to student growth and graduation rates while tracking teacher progress from hiring through evaluation. Chief Human Resource Officer Angela Cooper sought a user-friendly, flexible system to store employee records and support evaluation and growth; the district began by piloting the Applicant Tracking component of Frontline Recruiting & Hiring from Frontline Education.

Frontline Education extended the solution with Frontline Professional Growth and custom forms that grew into the district’s MODEL storage system, consolidating 11–12 paper/color-coded applications, speeding hiring, and enabling district-wide evaluation reporting. The tools let administrators run instant reports on first-year teachers, tie professional learning to Student Learning Objectives, and contributed to Lexington 2’s graduation rate rising from 67.4% to 75.5% in four years, with strong ongoing support from Frontline Education.
