Morningside Translations, a global language services provider working in 150+ languages with a team of about 200, faced challenges coordinating long, highly collaborative projects using confusing forwarded email threads in Microsoft Exchange. To streamline cross-team communication and project handoffs, Morningside turned to Front, adopting Front’s shared inboxes, rules, and Analytics to replace fragmented email workflows.
Using Front, Morningside implemented 10 shared inboxes, assignment workflows, the ability to move individual emails into new threads, and automatic tagging plus Front Analytics to track volume by project stage.
