Logistics Group International, Inc. (LGI), a third-party logistics company, needed a better way to manage shipper, carrier, billing, and sales communications. Using Outlook and distribution lists created confusion over ownership, duplicate replies, missed messages, and limited visibility into team workloads, slowing down customer responses and internal collaboration.
LGI implemented Front to route incoming messages into shared inboxes, automatically assign them to the right teams or account owners, and support collaboration with shared drafts, templates, and integrated customer context. Front also worked with Highway to help screen for fraud.
