With more than 300 volunteers across 13 countries and collaborations with external partners and translators, Chayn struggled with scattered email coordination, multiple drafts, and keeping everyone aligned — so they adopted Front to centralize communication and collaboration.
Using Front’s shared inbox, @mentions, tagging, and threaded conversations, Chayn now keeps one set of messages accessible to the whole team, streamlines work with translators, and maintains visibility across chapters. Front helped the remote team work more efficiently and collaboratively, supporting Chayn’s ongoing reach of more than 300,000 people since 2013 and multilingual resources like the Online Privacy Guide available in 10 languages.
