TKF Telecom France, the regional arm of TKF supplying fiber‑optic and networking infrastructure to telecom operators, faced complex account hierarchies, siloed data, weak partner visibility, low sales productivity and high tool ownership costs. To modernize their sales automation they selected Freshworks and its Freshsales CRM (Sales Cloud) to provide a scalable, unified sales system.
Freshworks implemented Freshsales with parent‑child account mapping, partner role‑based access, data integration and AI‑driven insights (Freddy), giving reps a single customer view and reducing app switching.
