ReallySocial, a Peterborough-based hospitality and restaurant marketing agency, needed to move from desk phones to a cloud phone system that supports mobile working. They chose Freshworks’ Freshcaller to replace expensive hardphones and gain features such as call transfer, individual sales numbers, call recording and analytics.
Freshworks deployed Freshcaller (integrated with Freshdesk, Freshsales and Freshchat), letting staff use their mobiles, add new users in under 30 seconds, and automatically log calls into CRM and helpdesk. By using Freshcaller’s analytics and call recordings ReallySocial identified better calling times (evenings), improved sales training, and dramatically increased sales conversion while providing omnichannel customer support and greater manager visibility.
