Uitzendbureau, the Netherlands’ largest niche job board hosting around 25,000 vacancies, needed to understand how job-seekers used its recently redesigned site and to boost job applications and candidate profiles. After finding industry tips insufficient and lacking hard data and resources, they turned to Freshworks’ Freshmarketer to get real-time user insights and a data-driven approach to optimization.
Freshmarketer provided heatmaps, session replays, funnel analytics, A/B testing and Polls & Feedback to identify conversion roadblocks across ~481K monthly visitors and run targeted experiments (69 tests to date). Using Freshworks’ tools they improved forms, copy, buttons and images, drove higher on-site applications and new candidate profiles, and recorded dramatic funnel uplift (conversion change shown as +4,622% to 24.46%).
