How Knose, an Australian Fintech Company, Used Freshmarketer to Automate Its Marketing

Knose, an Australian FinTech that lets independent vets sell pet wellness plans as subscriptions, faced the challenge of engaging two distinct audiences (vets and pet owners) with different incentives while operating as a small startup needing affordable tools that integrate with its existing marketing stack. Knose selected Freshworks’ Freshmarketer to capture and segment web leads, run personalized Journeys, and keep communications for both B2B and B2C audiences from conflicting.

Using Freshmarketer’s web form tracking and Journey automation, Knose automated lead capture into targeted lists, sent contextual welcome and nurture emails based on user actions, and ran separate workflows for vets and pet owners; integration with Freshworks’ Freshdesk and Session Replay nearly eliminated the need to ask customers for screenshots or links when resolving tickets. The Freshworks suite helped Knose streamline lead follow-up, reduce error-resolution friction, and “match and arguably leapfrog the incumbents’ customer engagement,” according to COO Nathan Harris.
