Citi Retail Services, the private-label card program for a major heavy equipment OEM with nearly 2,000 independent dealerships, over 2,500 locations, 450,000 issued cards and a ~$4.0B lending portfolio, needed to modernize promotions and reporting. They sought a centralized promotion management system to deliver highly customized offers, state-of-the-art sales reporting for dealers, and secure integration of credit-card payments with dealer management systems, and engaged FreedomPay to help meet those goals.

FreedomPay implemented its Commerce Platform and Incentives Manager (launched Nov 2009) to provide a PCI-compliant solution across 15 POS systems plus eCommerce at 2,500 North American locations with multi-lingual and multi-currency support. In under four years the FreedomPay platform processed $7B from 500,000 card members and enabled over 1.3 million line items to be eligible for real-time financial incentives, delivering timely, relevant offers and measurable increases in promotion reach and payment volume.
