Delaware North Partners with FreedomPay as Commerce Technology Partner

Delaware North, a global hospitality company serving dining, sports, hotels, gaming and travel with 60,000 employees and operations on four continents, needed an omnichannel payments and security solution to support its many POS, PMS and eCommerce systems and reduce PCI scope. To meet that need, Delaware North partnered with FreedomPay and adopted the FreedomPay Commerce Platform, including FreedomPay’s PCI-Validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) with EMV and NFC support.

FreedomPay implemented a single-platform commerce engine and P2PE encryption that enabled “one-and-done” integrations across POS, PMS and eCommerce, delivered faster transaction speeds, and reduced Delaware North’s PCI footprint. The rollout provided a company-wide deployment plan, streamlined vendor integrations, competitive device and management pricing, and richer cross-ecosystem payment and loyalty analytics—improving data security and giving Delaware North better insight to target offers and customer incentives via FreedomPay’s platform.
