A FranConnect Case Study
The Entertainment & Education Group (TEEG) needed a single, flexible app to deliver branded training, communications and policies across multiple brands and six countries. To keep frontline teams informed, compliant and culturally connected, TEEG worked with FranConnect to deploy its World Manager platform — branded internally as “Level Up” — so each brand and country could have tailored landing pages and localized content.
FranConnect implemented World Manager with brand-specific pages, a Service Desk and an “Open Door” ticket category, and used Level Up to distribute a global culture launch (including video and a handbook) to teams in six countries. The solution gave managers visibility into requests for better resource planning, kept content current and regionally relevant, and made the handbook accessible alongside 8,000 printed copies — improving engagement, inclusion and operational responsiveness for TEEG.
